How to Get Your House Ready

General Information

Make sure to have everything in order at the time of the scheduled photo shoot

Exterior (Front & Back)

Turn on all outdoor lights

Remove all trash or recycle bins

Remove all pet-related items

Remove all pots with missing or dead plants

Move all parked vehicles from the driveway

Make sure all water fixtures are in working order

Interior (General)

Turn on all lights and lamps

Replace any burnt out and/or missing light bulbs

Turn off all ceiling fans

Straighten all blinds to let in light

Put away all remote controls

Put away all shoes and shoe racks

Put away all pet-related items

Remove all trash bins

Remove any clutter or paperwork from tables and desks


Remove all cups, dishes, and utensils from the sink

Remove all soaps, soap dishes, and sink stoppers

Remove any appliances from the counter tops such as coffee pots, knife blocks, blenders, toasters, etc.

Remove all magnets and paper from the refrigerator

Remove any large items from the kitchen island

Wipe down all counter tops


Remove all toothbrushes and any products from the countertops

Remove all products from inside the showers and/or bathtubs

Remove all trash bins

Remove all toilet cleaning products

Which Areas Do You Service?

We service the Sacramento area and extend to the Bay Area, Southern California, Oregon, and Washington. Travel fees may apply for further distances.

How Many Pictures Do I Get?

We strive for quality over quantity. Typically we deliver about 25-40 pictures depending on the size of the property. The collection is sorted in a tour-like fashion thus it is ready-to-go. No need for the client to pick and choose the best photos, we handle it so they can focus on other aspects of selling the house.

When Will I Receive the Pictures?

We thrive in fast turnarounds. Typically, we deliver edited pictures over to the client the very next morning. However, we do offer same-day turnaround for an additional fee.

Do You Post to the MLS?

No, we are a real estate photography company and only focus on providing the highest quality pictures for our clients.

Can I Cancel an Appointment?

Yes. As long as the client cancels before the day of their appointment. Otherwise, there will be cancellation of charge $75. This is mainly due to the fact that you take up a slot for another appointment.

What is Your Refund Policy?

We do not provide refunds. We will gladly come back to photograph your property for no additional charge, within reason.
